Barefoot running?

we all need to go back to the basics. run on our barefoot, adapting our bodies to the experience. as we all became more civilized, we thought that everything had to be sofisticated to be important. And we lost our believe.

as runners we are all depending on our shoes, we all are trained to strike from the heel to the toes. my believe is that you should land in the middle as balance is never at the ends of something.

therefore I support the evolution of barefoot running. the foot does the work and the body follows. keep in mind that landing on your midfoot is the best, your stride becomes much more soft and lightfooted.
